Getting started
- Create your first AroFlo lead form Connect your AroFlo account, create your first lead form and choose whether enquiries become tasks or quotes.
- Create, duplicate, import and archive AroFlo lead forms The Forms list for AroFlo lead forms: create a form, duplicate, export and import one, and archive or delete forms you no longer use.
Form setup
- Name the form and choose its AroFlo business unit Set the form's name, the description customers see, internal notes, the AroFlo business unit for tasks and quotes, and the Formpiece logo.
- Choose whether an enquiry becomes an AroFlo task or quote Decide whether each enquiry creates an AroFlo task or quote, and set the task type, priority, quote name and location matching it uses.
Form display
- Collect client details and match repeat clients in AroFlo Choose the client fields your AroFlo lead form asks for, and see how Formpiece matches a repeat client by email or creates a new one.
- Collect the job address and reuse existing AroFlo locations Choose the location fields your AroFlo lead form asks for, set up address search, and see how Formpiece matches an existing location or creates one.
