Do I need Geosearch, or are regions enough?
Regions are enough to keep bookings inside your service areas, and they're included on the Business plan. Geosearch is for when you also want availability to depend on where technicians already are, worth it if travel between jobs is a real cost for you.
What are the metered charges?
Geosearch and Georoute make live location and route lookups, which are billed by usage rather than a flat fee, so a quiet month costs less. The dashboard shows your usage.
What happens to a booking outside my service area?
It shows the message you wrote for that region, not a dead end. You can still offer a different set of services there, or point the customer somewhere else entirely, the same per-region control that covers the areas you do service.
Is Georoute available now?
Yes. Georoute is a working, metered upgrade, estimating travel between jobs and allowing for it so the schedule reflects real drive times, the same way Geosearch handles proximity.
