Task types from your tasks
AroFlo doesn't publish a list, so they come from your recent tasks. Leave it and a recent task's type is used.
A priority on every task
So an urgent enquiry doesn't look like the rest. Quotes get a name instead.
Clients matched by email
And by name when AroFlo already has one with the same name.
Locations matched by address
On a paid plan, and you can turn it off if every enquiry should make a new one.

What is Formpiece?
Formpiece is a Simpro integrator that provides workflow tools for trade and service businesses. Its booking forms, lead enquiry forms, work order import and attachment tools write real jobs, quotes, leads and files into your own Simpro account, with lead enquiries going into AroFlo, as a direct integration with no middleware.
Is Formpiece a Simpro Partner?
Yes. Formpiece is a Simpro Partner and is listed on the Simpro Marketplace. It is an Icon One product, and Icon One has worked with Simpro as a long-term partner.
How is Formpiece different from Zapier or a form builder?
A form builder connected through Zapier or Integrately passes on what the customer typed, and someone still has to find a time and book it in Simpro. Formpiece checks your technicians' live Simpro calendars while the customer is booking, creates the real job, quote or lead directly, and already knows your prebuilds, rates, lead statuses and custom fields.
Does Formpiece work with AroFlo?
Yes. Formpiece has a lead enquiry form that saves each enquiry as a task or quote in AroFlo, with the client matched and photos attached. AroFlo's own website enquiry import scans an email into a task, but it does not give you the form or map custom fields.
Can Formpiece import work orders into Simpro?
Yes. Work order import is a managed service: customers email their work orders to your Formpiece inbox, and each becomes a Simpro job or quote with the site found or created and the PDF attached. We can set it up for you, or you can build and manage your own imports in the dashboard.
Which countries and trades does Formpiece serve?
Formpiece serves businesses in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Customers include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, compliance and door and access maintenance businesses.
Do I need a developer to set Formpiece up?
No. You sign up, connect Simpro and build the form in the Formpiece dashboard, then add it to your website with an embed snippet or the Formpiece WordPress plugin. Connecting takes minutes, and getting your services, calendars and rates right in Simpro is the main piece of setup.
How much does Formpiece cost?
