What Formpiece is
Formpiece is one thing: booking and enquiry forms that write real records into Simpro.
Not a general automation platform. Not a form builder with a Simpro connector bolted on. It reads the build you already have; prebuilds, service fees, cost centres, schedule rates, lead statuses, custom fields, recurring jobs – and creates jobs, quotes and leads directly in your account.
Many businesses run it today, across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, compliance and door and access maintenance, in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
We’ve deliberately kept the scope narrow. Simpro is a deep piece of software, and doing one integration properly takes more work than doing five badly.
Who builds it
Formpiece is a product of Icon One, an integration and automation agency.
We started in web and app development and moved into integration work as clients kept hitting the same wall: good software, but a manual gap between it and everything else.
Simpro integrations became a specialty, and after building the same connections repeatedly for individual clients, we built Formpiece so businesses could set it up themselves without a custom development budget.
We’ve been a Simpro partner for several years.
Icon One is an integration and workflow automated agency.
Starting off with web and app development, we eventually moved towards integration development, starting with Simpro integrations.
Over the years, we’ve created many automations and managed to save countless admin hours.
